The Advantages of LIB Xenon Fadeometer is specially designed for the sun exposure test standards of the textile, automotive interior, dye and other industries, and can reproduce the aging of materials caused by full-spectrum sunlight and the environment. LIB xenon arc test chambers provide precise control of key test parameters including light spectrum, irradiance, relative humidity, chamber temperature, and black panel temperature.
Advantage
● Very friendly man-machine interface
● Built-in Ethernet and USB connection interface, convenient for data recording
● Comprehensive self-diagnostic warning and reminder services
●The xenon lamp test chamber provides full-spectrum sunlight, and through the corresponding special filter, the generated spectrum meets the test requirements of various exposure standards in the United States, Europe and at home and abroad.
●Irradiance control: The solar eye irradiance control system can continuously detect and control the output of light, ensuring the stability of light energy output.
●Humidity control: The electronic humidity sensor monitors the relative humidity accurately.
●Temperature control: Simultaneously monitor the air temperature in the test chamber and the temperature of the blackboard/black mark.

Model
●Xenon Lamp
Full Spectrum Sunlight, Drum Sample Holder, Humidity Control, Back Spray and Water Spray
●Get Results Fast
The xenon lamp test chamber can make the sample receive 24 hours of exposure to the intensity of sunlight at noon every day to speed up the experimental test results. When the product is placed outdoors for exposure testing, it can only be exposed to the maximum light intensity for a few hours a day. In conclusion, the aging of samples can be highly accelerated.
●Full Spectrum Xenon Lamp Tube
The xenon lamp tube of the xenon arc test chamber can reproduce the real full-spectrum sunlight. For many materials, full-spectrum exposure must be performed to provide accurate simulation, especially when doing color change and light fastness tests of textiles.
The lamp life is 1600 hours
●Solar Eye Irradiance Control
Irradiance can be controlled at 340nm, 420nm or TUV (300-400nm) band.
●Filter
For different applications, xenon lamps need to pass through different filters to output the correct spectrum. Differences in the spectrum affect the rate and type of aging. LIB's filters can simulate direct sunlight or sunlight through window glass, and meet the requirements of various international xenon lamp standards, including ISO, ASTM, AATCC, etc.
●Temperature Monitoring and Control
The black panel temperature can be set between 25ºC and 105ºC, depending on factors such as sensor insulation, irradiance, filter type, cabinet air temperature and laboratory ambient temperature.
humidity control
Relative Humidity User control and display of relative humidity (RH), black panel temperature and cabinet air temperature simultaneously.
●Water Spray Function
The water spray function of the xenon lamp test chamber can simulate the invasion of outdoor humidity. The water spray nozzle is placed on the top of the box, which can operate in the dark cycle and light cycle. Pure water must be used to operate the water spray function and relative humidity system of the Xe-2 test chamber.
●Irradiance and Temperature Calibration
Xenon arc test chamber irradiance sensors and black panel temperature sensors require customers to perform periodic calibration, which can ensure accurate and continuous test results. Calibration takes only a few minutes with the corresponding irradiance calibrator and calibration thermometer. The irradiance calibrator and the calibration thermometer themselves need to be replaced or calibrated once a year to ensure the accuracy of the calibration results.
